Key Responsibilities

- Lead, mentor, and expand a high-performing digital marketing team, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.
- Oversee all digital marketing channels including SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, content marketing, display advertising, and affiliate programs.
- Manage the digital marketing budget effectively, ensuring optimal allocation of resources for maximum ROI.
- Utilize analytics platforms and reporting tools to monitor campaign performance, identify key insights, and drive data-driven decision-making.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify new opportunities and maintain a competitive edge.

Required Skills
- 10+ years of progressive experience in digital marketing, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.

- Expertise in SEO, SEM, social media marketing, email marketing, content strategy, and web analytics (Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics).
