Key Responsibilities

  • Develop, implement, and manage a comprehensive social media strategy that aligns with brand objectives and overall business goals.
  • Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of social media professionals, fostering a culture of creativity, innovation, and continuous learning.
  • Oversee the creation and curation of engaging, high-quality content across all social media channels (e.g., LinkedIn, Twitter, Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube).
  • Monitor social media trends, tools, and applications, and apply that knowledge to develop and evolve our strategy.
  • Manage and optimize paid social media campaigns, ensuring efficient budget allocation and maximum ROI.
  • Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) for social media activities, track performance, and provide regular reports with actionable insights.
  • Foster and manage online communities, responding to comments and inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
  • Identify and cultivate relationships with key influencers, brand advocates, and industry partners.
  • Collaborate with PR, marketing, and product teams to ensure brand consistency and integrated campaign execution.
  • Manage crisis communication and reputation management on social media platforms.

Required Skills

  • Minimum 5-8 years of progressive experience in social media management, with at least 3 years in a leadership or director-level role focused on brand.
  • Demonstrated expertise in developing and executing successful social media strategies for B2B or consumer brands.
  • Strong understanding of various social media platforms, their respective audiences, and best practices.
  • Proficiency in social media management tools (e.g., Sprout Social, Hootsuite, Buffer) and analytics platforms.
  • Proven ability to manage paid social campaigns, including budget allocation, targeting, and optimization.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for compelling storytelling and brand voice.
  • Strong analytical skills, capable of interpreting data to drive strategic decisions and demonstrate ROI.
  • Experience in team leadership, mentorship, and performance management.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field; Master's degree is a plus.
  • Experience with influencer marketing programs and partnership development.
  • Familiarity with SEO best practices and how they intersect with social media strategy.
  • Basic knowledge of graphic design principles and video editing for social media content.
  • Experience working with global brands or in a multinational environment.
