Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive global talent acquisition strategy aligned with Hiring.zycto's business objectives and growth plans.
  • Lead, mentor, and grow a high-performing remote talent acquisition team, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
  • Oversee the full recruitment lifecycle, from strategic workforce planning and sourcing to offer negotiation and onboarding, ensuring a seamless and positive candidate experience.
  • Implement and optimize recruitment technologies and systems to enhance efficiency, data analytics, and reporting capabilities.
  • Partner with senior leadership and hiring managers to understand current and future hiring needs and develop proactive talent pipelines.
  • Champion diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives throughout the recruitment process to build a diverse and inclusive workforce.
  • Develop and manage the talent acquisition budget, ensuring cost-effective and impactful hiring practices.
  • Enhance and promote Hiring.zycto's employer brand through various channels, attracting top talent globally.
  • Analyze recruitment metrics and market trends to provide data-driven insights and continuously improve recruitment strategies and outcomes.
  • Stay abreast of best practices and innovations in talent acquisition, implementing new approaches as appropriate.

Required Skills

  • 10+ years of progressive experience in talent acquisition, with at least 5 years in a leadership/management role.
  • Proven track record of developing and implementing successful global recruitment strategies in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
  • Expertise in full-cycle recruitment, including sourcing, interviewing, assessment, and negotiation across various roles (technical, product, sales, marketing, operations).
  • Strong understanding of recruitment technologies, applicant tracking systems (ATS), and candidate relationship management (CRM) tools.
  • Exceptional leadership and team-building skills, with experience managing and motivating remote teams.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to drive DE&I initiatives in hiring practices.
  • Strategic mindset with the ability to translate business needs into talent acquisition priorities.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
  • Experience in the SaaS, tech, or recruitment technology industry.
  • Certifications in HR or Talent Acquisition (e.g., CHRP, CPHR).
  • Familiarity with international hiring regulations and practices.
  • Experience with employer branding initiatives and digital marketing for recruitment.
