Key Responsibilities
- Efficiently receive, unload, and accurately store incoming materials and products within the distribution center.
- Precisely pick and pack customer orders according to specifications and deadlines, ensuring product integrity.
- Prepare and load outgoing shipments, verifying counts and ensuring proper documentation for delivery.
- Safely operate various warehouse equipment, including pallet jacks, hand trucks, and other material handling tools.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment, adhering strictly to all company safety protocols.
- Assist with periodic inventory counts, cycle counts, and stock rotation to ensure inventory accuracy.
- Identify and report any discrepancies, damages, or safety hazards to supervisors promptly.
- Collaborate effectively with team members and supervisors to optimize workflow and achieve operational goals.
- Perform other duties as assigned by management to support overall distribution center operations.
Required Skills
- Ability to regularly lift and move up to 50 lbs.
- Basic math and reading comprehension skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks.
- Physical ability to stand, walk, and perform repetitive motions for extended periods.

Preferred Qualifications

- Familiarity with inventory management systems or warehouse management software.
- Basic computer literacy for data entry and system navigation.
