Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in coordinating daily distribution operations, ensuring smooth workflow and timely deliveries.
  • Learn and apply inventory management best practices, including stock rotation, accuracy, and cycle counting.
  • Support logistics planning and execution for both inbound and outbound shipments, optimizing routes and carriers.
  • Collaborate effectively with warehouse staff, transport teams, and other departments to achieve operational goals.
  • Analyze operational data, identify trends, and propose solutions for process improvements and efficiency gains.
  • Participate actively in process optimization projects aimed at enhancing service levels and reducing operational costs.
  • Ensure strict compliance with all company safety standards, quality protocols, and regulatory requirements.
  • Prepare comprehensive reports and presentations on operational performance, key metrics, and project statuses.
  • Shadow senior distribution managers to gain deep insights into strategic decision-making and problem-solving.
  • Contribute to troubleshooting and resolving day-to-day distribution challenges, demonstrating proactive problem-solving.

Required Skills
