Key Responsibilities
- Prepare physical documents for scanning, including removing staples, repairing damaged pages, and ensuring proper order.
- Operate high-volume document scanners efficiently and accurately, following established procedures.
- Perform quality control checks on scanned images to ensure clarity, completeness, and legibility.
- Index and organise digital documents according to specific naming conventions and filing structures.
- Maintain strict confidentiality and security of all sensitive information handled.
- Troubleshoot basic scanner issues and report more complex problems to technical support.
- Adhere to company policies and industry best practices regarding document management and data privacy.
- Assist with other administrative and data entry tasks as required to support team operations.
