Key Responsibilities
- Greet all guests and visitors with a warm, welcoming, and professional demeanor.
- Open hotel doors for arriving and departing guests, providing assistance as needed.
- Assist guests with luggage handling, loading and unloading from vehicles.
- Efficiently hail taxis, arrange ride-share services, or coordinate other transportation for guests.
- Provide accurate directions, recommendations for local attractions, and information about hotel services.
- Maintain a clean, tidy, and presentable hotel entrance and lobby area.
- Monitor the hotel entrance for security purposes, reporting any suspicious activity.
- Manage the flow of traffic at the hotel entrance, ensuring smooth access for guests and vehicles.
- Collaborate effectively with the front desk, concierge, valet, and security teams.
- Anticipate guest needs and respond promptly to special requests or inquiries.
- Assist guests with special needs or accessibility requirements with empathy and care.
Required Skills
- Exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift moderate to heavy luggage (up to 50 lbs).

Preferred Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a hotel, hospitality, or customer service role.

- Valid Class 5 driver's license with a clean driving record.
- First Aid and CPR certification.
