Key Responsibilities
- Learn and assist in managing the end-to-end e-commerce fulfillment process, from order intake to delivery.
- Support inventory management, including stock levels, returns processing, and quality control procedures.
- Shadow and contribute to optimizing warehouse operations, including picking, packing, and shipping.
- Utilize and learn various e-commerce platforms, WMS, and shipping software.
- Analyze fulfillment data to identify areas for improvement in efficiency and cost reduction.
- Collaborate with customer service to resolve delivery issues and enhance customer satisfaction.
- Assist in implementing new fulfillment technologies and process improvements.
- Participate in forecasting and planning for peak seasons and promotional events.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and operational policies.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives across the supply chain.
Required Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field (or currently pursuing)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
