Key Responsibilities
- Receive, unload, and inspect incoming products, verifying quantities against packing slips and purchase orders.
- Accurately sort, label, and store inventory in designated warehouse locations, ensuring optimal organization.
- Efficiently pick customer orders from inventory shelves using handheld scanners or pick lists.
- Carefully pack items into appropriate shipping containers, ensuring products are protected for transit.
- Prepare packages for shipment, including attaching shipping labels and preparing documentation.
- Assist with inventory counts and participate in cycle counting activities to maintain inventory accuracy.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe working environment in compliance with company policies and safety regulations.
- Operate basic warehouse equipment (e.g., pallet jacks, hand trucks) safely and efficiently.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily operational goals and improve warehouse efficiency.
Required Skills
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Ability to lift and move packages weighing up to 50 lbs consistently.
- Basic computer proficiency for inventory scanning and data entry.
