Job Description
The E-Learning Developer at Hiring.zycto will be instrumental in conceptualizing, designing, and developing interactive and engaging digital learning solutions. Your work will encompass the entire e-learning development lifecycle, from initial storyboard creation and content scripting to advanced course authoring, multimedia integration, and robust quality assurance testing. This includes selecting appropriate instructional strategies, designing user-friendly interfaces, and ensuring seamless integration with Learning Management Systems (LMS). Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and implement engaging interactive e-learning modules, courses, and simulations using various authoring tools.
- Collaborate with instructional designers and subject matter experts (SMEs) to translate learning objectives into effective e-learning content.
- Integrate multimedia elements (audio, video, animations, graphics) to enhance learning experiences.
- Ensure all developed content adheres to accessibility standards (e.g., WCAG) and is compatible across various devices and browsers.
- Manage course content within Learning Management Systems (LMS), including publishing, testing, and troubleshooting.
- Conduct quality assurance reviews to identify and rectify technical and instructional issues.
- Stay current with emerging e-learning technologies, tools, and best practices.
- Provide technical support for e-learning platforms and content as needed.
- Maintain project documentation and adhere to established development processes and timelines.
Required Skills
- Proven experience in e-learning content development using authoring tools (e.g., Articulate Storyline 360, Articulate Rise 360, Adobe Captivate).
- Strong understanding of instructional design principles and adult learning theories.
- Proficiency in multimedia development and editing (audio, video, image manipulation).
- Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS) administration and course publishing (SCORM, xAPI).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a remote environment.
