Key Responsibilities
- Receive and unload incoming merchandise from delivery trucks.
- Organize and stock shelves, racks, and displays according to planograms and store standards.
- Ensure proper product rotation, especially for perishable goods, to minimize waste.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized backroom and sales floor.
- Assist in preparing the store for opening, ensuring all products are accessible and priced correctly.
- Operate material handling equipment (e.g., pallet jacks, dollies) safely.
- Identify and report any damaged or missing merchandise.
- Follow all company safety procedures and policies.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily stocking goals efficiently.
