Key Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive needs assessments to identify educational gaps and opportunities for improvement.
- Design, develop, and implement customized educational programs, curricula, and instructional strategies for diverse clients.
- Provide expert guidance and consultation on best practices in pedagogy, learning technologies, and assessment methods.
- Facilitate engaging workshops, training sessions, and professional development programs, both virtually and occasionally on-site.
- Develop high-quality educational content, including lesson plans, digital modules, and resource materials.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure project alignment and successful delivery.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of implemented solutions, providing data-driven recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Stay current with emerging trends, research, and technologies in the education sector.
- Build and maintain strong, lasting relationships with clients, acting as a trusted advisor.
- Prepare detailed reports and presentations summarizing findings, recommendations, and project progress.
Required Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Education, Instructional Design, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in an educational consulting, curriculum development, or instructional design role.
- Proven expertise in adult learning principles and instructional design models (ADDIE, SAM).
- Strong understanding of various learning technologies and Learning Management Systems (LMS).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) and virtual collaboration tools.
- Self-motivated, highly organized, and capable of working effectively in a remote environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- Master's degree or Ph.D. in Education, Educational Leadership, or a related discipline.
