Key Responsibilities

  • Provide companionship and engaging conversation to foster a positive and stimulating environment.
  • Assist clients with activities of daily living, including dressing, grooming, bathing, and mobility support.
  • Prepare nutritious meals and snacks, adhering to dietary restrictions and preferences.
  • Perform light housekeeping duties such as tidying living areas, laundry, and dishwashing.
  • Run errands, including grocery shopping, pharmacy visits, and picking up prescriptions.
  • Provide medication reminders (without administering medication).
  • Accompany clients to appointments, social outings, or for walks, ensuring their safety and comfort.
  • Monitor and report any changes in the client's physical condition, behavior, or cognitive status to the care supervisor.
  • Engage clients in recreational activities and hobbies to promote mental and physical well-being.

Required Skills

  • Exceptional empathy, patience, and compassion for seniors.
  • Reliability, punctuality, and a strong sense of responsibility.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to connect genuinely.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
