Key Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate companionship and emotional support to elderly clients.
- Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility.
- Prepare nutritious meals and assist with feeding as needed, ensuring dietary restrictions are observed.
- Perform light housekeeping duties, including tidying living areas, laundry, and maintaining a clean environment.
- Remind clients to take medications as prescribed and assist with organizing prescriptions.
- Accompany clients to appointments, social engagements, or for errands and shopping.
- Engage clients in stimulating activities such as reading, puzzles, walks, or conversation.
- Monitor and report any changes in clients' health, behavior, or living conditions to the appropriate supervisor.
- Maintain a safe and comfortable environment for clients, ensuring their well-being at all times.
