As an Electrician Helper, you will be an integral part of our project teams, assisting licensed electricians with a wide range of tasks on residential, commercial, and industrial sites. Your role will involve everything from preparing tools and materials to performing basic installations under direct supervision, ensuring safety and efficiency in all operations. Key Responsibilities
- Assist licensed electricians with the installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical systems and components.
- Prepare, organize, and transport tools, equipment, and materials to and from job sites.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment, adhering strictly to all safety protocols and regulations.
- Learn and apply electrical codes, safety procedures, and company policies under direct supervision.
- Perform basic tasks such as pulling and routing wire, drilling holes, cutting conduit, and installing electrical boxes.
- Support trenching operations, conduit bending, and fixture installation as directed.
- Conduct routine cleanup of job sites, including debris removal and waste disposal.
- Attend all required training sessions and actively participate in learning electrical theory and practical skills.
- Follow instructions diligently from senior electricians and project managers.
Required Skills
- Strong work ethic and genuine eagerness to learn the electrical trade.
- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions precisely and efficiently.
- Basic mechanical aptitude and comfort working with various hand and power tools (training provided).
- Physical stamina and ability to lift heavy objects (up to 50 lbs), stand, stoop, climb, and kneel for extended periods.
- Reliable transportation to and from job sites.
- Commitment to maintaining a safe work environment and understanding safety procedures.

Preferred Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
