If you possess a keen eye for detail, a solid understanding of email marketing platforms, and a passion for ensuring every email delivers impact, we want to hear from you.

As our Email Marketing Coordinator, you will work closely with our content creators, designers, and strategists to bring campaigns to life. Your day-to-day will involve translating marketing briefs into flawless email executions within our chosen Email Service Provider (ESP). This includes everything from segmenting audiences and setting up A/B tests to ensuring optimal deliverability and compliance with data protection regulations. You’ll be instrumental in maintaining the integrity of our email databases, troubleshooting technical issues, and continuously seeking ways to improve our campaign setup processes for efficiency and effectiveness. This is an excellent opportunity for an individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is eager to contribute directly to measurable marketing success.

Key Responsibilities

  • Execute the end-to-end setup, configuration, and deployment of email marketing campaigns across various segments and objectives using our Email Service Provider (ESP).
  • Develop and implement audience segmentation strategies within the ESP to target specific customer groups effectively.
  • Perform rigorous A/B testing on email elements such as subject lines, CTAs, content, and send times to optimise campaign performance.
  • Ensure email templates are mobile-responsive and render consistently across different email clients and devices.
  • Schedule campaigns, monitor delivery, and troubleshoot any technical issues related to email deployment.
  • Maintain email list hygiene, manage opt-ins/opt-outs, and ensure compliance with GDPR and other data privacy regulations.
  • Collaborate with content, design, and marketing strategy teams to gather assets and ensure accurate implementation.
  • Track and report on key email campaign metrics (open rates, click-through rates, conversion rates) and provide insights for future optimisations.
  • Stay updated with email marketing best practices, industry trends, and ESP functionalities to drive continuous improvement.
  • Assist in the development and maintenance of email automation workflows and customer journeys.

Required Skills

  • 2+ years of hands-on experience in email marketing campaign setup and execution.
  • Proficiency with a major Email Service Provider (e.g., Mailchimp, HubSpot, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Braze, Iterable).
  • Strong understanding of email marketing best practices, deliverability, and spam compliance.
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in campaign setup and testing.
  • Familiarity with basic HTML/CSS for email template customisation and troubleshooting.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret campaign data and identify trends.
  • Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Experience with marketing automation platforms.
  • Knowledge of A/B testing methodologies and optimisation strategies.
  • Basic understanding of Google Analytics or similar web analytics tools.

Perks & Benefits
