Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in the administration of various employee benefits programs, including health, dental, vision, life insurance, and 401(k) plans.
  • Process new hire benefits enrollment, changes, and terminations accurately and promptly.
  • Respond to employee inquiries regarding benefits coverage, eligibility, and claims in a professional and timely manner.
  • Maintain accurate and confidential employee benefits records and files, both physical and electronic.
  • Prepare and distribute benefits communications, materials, and reports.
  • Support the benefits team with data entry, reconciliation, and vendor invoice processing.
  • Assist with annual open enrollment processes and benefits orientations.
  • Collaborate with HR and payroll departments to ensure seamless benefits administration.
  • Perform other administrative duties as assigned to support the benefits department.
