Key Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and distribute employee work schedules using specialized scheduling software.
- Process and manage time-off requests, ensuring adequate staffing levels are maintained at all times.
- Communicate schedule changes, updates, and important announcements to employees and department supervisors promptly.
- Resolve scheduling conflicts and issues proactively, finding fair and efficient solutions.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of employee availability, attendance, and shift assignments.
- Assist with onboarding new employees by integrating them into the existing scheduling system.
- Generate reports on staffing levels, attendance, and scheduling compliance for management review.
- Provide administrative support to the HR and Operations teams as needed.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, labor laws, and collective bargaining agreements regarding scheduling.
