Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Create, distribute, and manage employee work schedules efficiently across various departments.
  • Process scheduling requests, time-off requests, and shift changes accurately and in compliance with company policies and relevant labor laws.
  • Maintain precise and up-to-date employee availability, contact information, and relevant scheduling data.
  • Communicate scheduling updates, changes, and important information clearly and professionally to all relevant personnel.
  • Assist in proactively resolving scheduling conflicts and unforeseen staffing issues with prompt and effective solutions.
  • Generate comprehensive scheduling reports and assist with data entry and administrative tasks as required.
  • Provide general administrative support to the Human Resources and Operations teams.
  • Ensure strict compliance with scheduling best practices and established company guidelines.

Required Skills

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills with a proven ability to multitask.
  • Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy in all tasks.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Ability to communicate clearly and professionally, both in written and verbal forms.
  • Basic problem-solving abilities and a proactive, can-do approach to challenges.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with the utmost discretion and professionalism.

Preferred Qualifications
