This is an exceptional opportunity to make a tangible impact by helping homeowners understand and reduce their energy consumption, leading to significant cost savings and a healthier planet.

As a Residential Energy Auditor, you will be the frontline expert, conducting comprehensive on-site energy assessments for a diverse portfolio of residential properties across the Greater Toronto Area. Your primary mission will be to identify energy inefficiencies, pinpoint areas for improvement, and provide clear, actionable recommendations to homeowners. You will explain the ‘why’ and ‘how’ behind your findings, empowering homeowners to make informed decisions about upgrades such as insulation improvements, window replacements, HVAC optimizations, and renewable energy integration.

This role is not just about numbers; it’s about building relationships and trust. You will engage directly with clients, answering their questions, addressing their concerns, and guiding them through potential energy-saving solutions. Success in this position requires a commitment to customer satisfaction, meticulous attention to detail, and a strong ethical approach to providing unbiased, practical advice.

We offer a supportive work environment where continuous professional development is encouraged. You’ll have opportunities to stay abreast of the latest energy efficiency technologies, building science principles, and relevant government incentive programs.
