Key Responsibilities
- Define, maintain, and evolve the enterprise architectural roadmap, ensuring alignment with business strategy and technological trends.
- Translate business requirements into architectural blueprints and technical specifications that guide development and implementation teams.
- Provide technical leadership and architectural governance, establishing standards, principles, and best practices across the organization.
- Evaluate and recommend new technologies, tools, and platforms to enhance our architectural capabilities and improve efficiency.
- Collaborate with product management, engineering, security, and operations teams to ensure robust, scalable, and secure solutions.
- Lead architectural review boards, facilitating discussions and decisions on significant architectural changes and initiatives.
- Mentor and guide technical teams on architectural principles, design patterns, and strategic technology choices.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation of the enterprise architecture, including current state, target state, and transition plans.
Required Skills
- 10+ years of experience in IT, with at least 5 years in an Enterprise Architecture role.
- Proven expertise in defining and implementing enterprise architecture frameworks (e.g., TOGAF, Zachman).
- Strong understanding of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and cloud-native architectures.
- Proficiency in microservices architecture, APIs, data integration patterns, and security best practices.
- Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, capable of influencing diverse stakeholders.
- Demonstrated ability to lead and mentor technical teams in a remote setting.
