Key Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support to program managers and team members, including scheduling, correspondence, and document management.

  • Support the preparation of reports, presentations, and other program documentation.
  • Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders, including government officials and public members.
  • Conduct basic research to support program development and evaluation efforts.
  • Process and track program-related invoices, expenses, and procurement requests.
  • Assist in monitoring program progress and adherence to established timelines and objectives.
