Key Responsibilities

- Assist with preparing property listings, including writing engaging descriptions and arranging photography.
- Conduct accompanied viewings with prospective buyers and tenants, showcasing properties effectively.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing exceptional customer service.
- Learn to qualify client needs and match them with suitable properties from our portfolio.
- Assist in negotiating offers between buyers/tenants and sellers/landlords under supervision.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records within our CRM system.
