Key Responsibilities

  • Verify tickets, passes, or credentials using scanning devices or manual checks.
  • Direct attendees to appropriate entry gates, seating sections, or event areas.
  • Monitor access points to prevent unauthorized entry and maintain crowd control.
  • Provide accurate information and assistance to guests regarding event schedules, facilities, and rules.
  • Collaborate effectively with event organizers, security personnel, and fellow staff members.
  • Report any suspicious activities, security breaches, or emergencies to supervisory staff promptly.
  • Assist with resolving guest concerns or issues in a polite and efficient manner.
  • Adhere to all event policies, safety protocols, and operational procedures.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area at assigned access points.
