Key Responsibilities
- Perform general cleaning duties before, during, and after events, maintaining a pristine environment.
- Dust, sweep, mop, and vacuum floors thoroughly, addressing high-traffic areas consistently.
- Clean and sanitize restrooms, kitchens, and common areas to the highest hygiene standards.
- Empty trash receptacles and replace liners regularly, managing waste efficiently.
- Wipe down and disinfect all surfaces, including tables, chairs, countertops, and fixtures.
- Restock supplies such as toilet paper, paper towels, and soap as needed.
- Promptly and efficiently handle spills and unexpected messes.
- Adhere strictly to all health and safety regulations and company cleaning protocols.
- Report any maintenance issues, damages, or safety hazards to supervisors immediately.
- Assist with basic event setup or teardown tasks, such as arranging bins or light furniture, when required.
Required Skills
- Reliability and punctuality for all assigned shifts.
- Strong work ethic and meticulous attention to detail.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Physical stamina to stand, walk, bend, lift (up to 25 lbs), and perform repetitive tasks.
- Basic understanding of cleaning chemicals and equipment safety.

Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in event cleaning, hospitality, or janitorial services.
