Key Responsibilities
- Assist with the loading and unloading of event equipment, staging, furniture, and decorative elements.
- Set up and dismantle various event structures including stages, lighting rigs, sound systems, seating, and exhibition stands.
- Follow precise instructions from event managers and team leaders to ensure accurate and timely completion of tasks.
- Adhere strictly to all health and safety regulations and company policies on-site.
- Maintain a clean and organised work area throughout the event setup and breakdown phases.
- Provide general on-site support, including moving equipment, assisting other departments, and responding to immediate needs.
- Work collaboratively within a team to ensure all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
- Conduct pre-event checks on equipment for damage or missing parts, reporting any issues promptly.
Required Skills
- Physical fitness and ability to lift heavy objects safely and repeatedly.
- Strong work ethic and a proactive, 'can-do' attitude.
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
- Reliability, punctuality, and commitment to working scheduled shifts, which may include evenings and weekends.

- Full UK driving licence and access to own transport.
- First Aid certification.
- Knowledge of basic tools and equipment used in event production.
