Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with clients and event managers to understand design briefs and aesthetic preferences.
- Develop and present creative design concepts, mood boards, and visual mock-ups.
- Select, source, and procure decor elements, including florals, linens, furniture, lighting, and props.
- Manage decor inventory, ensuring items are well-maintained, organized, and ready for events.
- Execute precise on-site setup and styling of event venues according to approved designs.
- Oversee the safe and efficient dismantling and packing of all decor items post-event.
- Adhere to budgets and timelines, ensuring projects are delivered efficiently without compromising quality.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of current event design trends, materials, and techniques.
- Ensure all decorations meet health and safety standards for event venues.
- Provide excellent customer service, building strong relationships with clients and vendors.
Required Skills
- Proven experience as an Event Decorator or similar role.
- Exceptional creativity and a keen eye for aesthetics, colour, and spatial design.
- Strong practical skills in setup, styling, and installation of event decor.
- Proficiency in creating design concepts, mood boards, and visual presentations.
- Excellent organisational and time management skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

- Physical stamina and ability to lift and move heavy decorative items.
- Full UK driving license and access to a reliable vehicle.
