Key Responsibilities
- Assist with the setup and breakdown of event spaces, including furniture, decor, and equipment.
- Greet guests warmly, provide directions, and assist with registration or check-in processes.
- Monitor event areas, ensuring cleanliness, organization, and adherence to safety guidelines.
- Provide excellent customer service by answering guest questions and resolving minor issues efficiently.
- Support event managers and coordinators with on-site tasks as needed.
- Distribute promotional materials or programs to attendees.
- Collaborate effectively with team members to ensure smooth event operations.
