Key Responsibilities
- Assist with the setup and teardown of event equipment, signage, and seating arrangements.
- Provide exceptional customer service, greeting guests, answering inquiries, and directing them to appropriate areas.
- Manage crowd flow and ensure safety protocols are followed throughout the event premises.
- Perform ticket scanning, ushering duties, and access control at various entry points.
- Support event organizers with various ad-hoc tasks to ensure smooth operations.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of event areas, including seating, concessions, and restrooms.
- Assist with emergency procedures, including first aid assistance and evacuation coordination, if required.
Required Skills
- Excellent verbal communication skills and a friendly demeanor.

- Physical stamina and ability to stand, walk, lift (up to 25 lbs), and move for extended periods.
