Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and maintain executives' schedules, including coordinating meetings, appointments, and domestic travel arrangements.
  • Prepare and edit professional correspondence, reports, presentations, and other documents with accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Organize and maintain physical and electronic files, ensuring efficient information retrieval and confidentiality.
  • Act as a primary point of contact, handling incoming calls, emails, and mail, and directing inquiries to appropriate personnel.
  • Assist in the preparation and distribution of internal and external communications.
  • Oversee office supply inventory, order new supplies as needed, and coordinate equipment maintenance.
  • Support special projects and initiatives, conducting research and compiling data as required.
  • Perform general administrative duties to ensure the efficient operation of the office.
