Key Responsibilities

  • Assist the Executive Chef and Sous Chefs in daily kitchen operations, including food preparation, cooking, and plating.
  • Learn and execute various cooking methods, knife skills, and presentation techniques to maintain high culinary standards.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe working environment, adhering strictly to food safety and sanitation regulations.
  • Participate in inventory management, including receiving, storing, and rotating ingredients to minimize waste.
  • Support in menu development and recipe testing, offering creative input and learning about ingredient sourcing.
  • Collaborate effectively with all kitchen staff and front-of-house team members to ensure seamless service.
  • Take initiative to learn about kitchen management, costing, and staff supervision.
