Key Responsibilities
- Provide advanced administrative support to senior executives, managing complex calendars, appointments, and travel arrangements with meticulous detail.
- Prepare, edit, and format confidential documents, reports, presentations, and correspondence, ensuring accuracy and professional presentation.
- Coordinate and organize high-level meetings, including agenda preparation, minute-taking, distribution of materials, and follow-up on action items.
- Act as a primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, professionally managing inquiries and directing communications.
- Handle sensitive information with the utmost discretion and maintain strict confidentiality at all times.
- Proactively anticipate executive needs, problem-solve independently, and implement solutions to enhance efficiency.
- Manage office supplies, equipment, and general administrative services for the executive office.
- Assist with special projects, research, and data compilation as required by executives.
- Process expenses, invoices, and other financial documentation in a timely and accurate manner.

Required Skills
- Minimum of 5 years of proven experience as an Executive Secretary or Executive Assistant supporting senior-level management.
- Exceptional proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and advanced calendaring software.
- Superior organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize effectively in a dynamic environment.
