Key Responsibilities
- Prepare, review, and process all necessary export documentation, including commercial invoices, packing lists, bills of lading, and certificates of origin.
- Coordinate with freight forwarders, carriers, and customs brokers to arrange timely and cost-effective shipments.
- Track and trace international shipments, providing updates to internal teams and clients.
- Ensure compliance with all international trade regulations, customs requirements, and company policies.
- Assist in resolving shipping discrepancies, delays, or issues that may arise during transit.
