Key Responsibilities
- Receive and process maintenance requests, dispatching appropriate personnel or vendors.
- Monitor and follow up on the status of work orders, ensuring timely completion and tenant satisfaction.
- Assist in coordinating scheduled preventive maintenance for building systems and equipment.
- Maintain accurate records of facility assets, maintenance activities, and vendor contracts.
- Conduct regular inspections of premises to identify and report issues requiring attention.
- Support the Facilities Manager with administrative tasks, including invoice processing and budget tracking.
- Liaise with external contractors and service providers, ensuring adherence to safety standards and contractual obligations.
- Assist in emergency response procedures and coordination of urgent repairs.
- Contribute to maintaining a safe, clean, and organized work environment.
- Provide excellent customer service to internal staff, tenants, and visitors.
Required Skills
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
