Key Responsibilities
- Perform general cleaning duties, including sweeping, mopping, scrubbing, and vacuuming floors in factory production areas, warehouses, and common spaces.
- Clean and sanitize restrooms, break rooms, offices, and other shared facilities to ensure a hygienic environment for all staff.
- Empty waste bins and transport waste to designated disposal areas, ensuring proper waste segregation and recycling practices are followed.
- Operate and maintain basic cleaning equipment, such as floor scrubbers, vacuums, and pressure washers, after receiving appropriate training.
- Wipe down surfaces, machinery exteriors, railings, and windows to remove dust, dirt, and grime, adhering to safety guidelines around operational equipment.
- Monitor and restock cleaning supplies, toiletries, and other consumable items in designated areas, reporting low stock levels to supervisors.
- Adhere strictly to all health, safety, and environmental regulations and company policies, including the use of personal protective equipment (PPE).
Required Skills
- Ability to follow instructions accurately and work independently with minimal supervision.
