Key Responsibilities
- Assist production line operators and technicians with various tasks as needed.
- Perform general labor duties, including lifting, moving, and stacking materials and products.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the factory floor, equipment, and work areas.
- Follow all safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe working environment for yourself and others.
- Load and unload materials from machines, conveyors, and storage areas.
- Inspect products for quality defects and report any issues to supervisors.
- Support inventory management by properly storing and retrieving supplies.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures, including attendance and punctuality standards.
Required Skills
- Ability to understand and follow verbal and written instructions.
