Key Responsibilities
- Operate basic production machinery and tools under supervision.
- Follow detailed instructions and procedures for assembly, packaging, and sorting of products.
- Perform quality checks on products to ensure they meet company standards.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to all housekeeping policies.
- Adhere strictly to all safety guidelines and protocols to ensure a safe working environment.
- Assist with loading and unloading materials and products as needed.
- Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors regarding production issues or concerns.
- Participate in team meetings and training sessions to enhance skills and knowledge.
Required Skills
- Ability to understand and follow verbal and written instructions in English.
- Basic numeracy skills for counting and simple measurements.
- Ability to stand, walk, lift (up to 30 lbs), and perform repetitive tasks for extended periods.
