Key Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly, take accurate food and beverage orders, and process payments efficiently using our POS system.
- Prepare food items, following strict recipes and portion control guidelines to ensure consistent quality and taste.
- Maintain a clean and organized workstation, dining area, and restrooms, adhering to all health and safety regulations.
- Handle cash and credit/debit card transactions with accuracy, providing correct change and receipts.
- Assist in stocking inventory, unloading deliveries, and ensuring all supplies are readily available.
- Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently, including fryers, grills, and beverage machines.
- Collaborate effectively with team members to ensure smooth service flow and a positive working environment.
- Respond to customer inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints promptly and professionally, ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Adhere to all food safety and hygiene standards, including proper food handling, storage, and waste disposal.
