Key Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently.
- Prepare food items such as burgers, fries, sandwiches, and salads following company recipes and quality standards.
- Operate kitchen equipment safely and effectively (e.g., fryers, grills, toasters).
- Handle cash, process payments, and manage transactions with precision.
- Ensure all food safety and hygiene standards are strictly maintained in food preparation and storage areas.
- Clean and sanitize work stations, dining areas, restrooms, and kitchen equipment regularly.
- Assist with inventory management, including receiving and stocking supplies.
- Work collaboratively with team members to ensure smooth restaurant operations.
- Respond to customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly and professionally.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting dining environment for all guests.
