Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and cook food items according to company standards and recipes, ensuring consistent quality.
- Maintain the highest standards of food hygiene and cleanliness in all kitchen and service areas.
- Provide friendly, efficient, and excellent customer service, ensuring a positive experience for every guest.
- Accurately process customer orders and handle cash/card transactions using a Point of Sale (POS) system.
- Assist with stock management, including receiving deliveries, organizing inventory, and replenishing supplies.
- Adhere strictly to all health and safety regulations and company policies.
- Work effectively as part of a team to ensure smooth operations, especially during peak hours.
- Support with opening and closing procedures of the restaurant, including cleaning and preparation.
- Communicate effectively with team members and management to ensure operational efficiency.
