Based in our bustling Aigburth studio, this full-time role offers an unparalleled opportunity to helm diverse projects, pushing creative boundaries and delivering high-quality visual experiences. We are looking for a director who can not only craft compelling stories but also understand the strategic objectives of commercial campaigns, seamlessly blending artistic integrity with client goals.

During production, you will lead your crew with confidence and clarity, guiding performances, making critical on-set decisions, and ensuring every shot aligns with your creative vision. Your post-production involvement will be equally crucial, working alongside editors, sound designers, and colourists to refine the raw footage into a polished, impactful final product that exceeds expectations.
We need a director with a keen eye for detail, an innate understanding of pacing, rhythm, and emotional resonance, and a proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously within tight deadlines and budget constraints. Your portfolio should demonstrate a versatility across different genres and client briefs, showcasing your unique directorial voice while also proving your adaptability. This is more than just a directing role; it’s an invitation to shape the visual identity of our company’s diverse output, influencing everything from indie shorts destined for festivals to high-profile brand campaigns.
