Key Responsibilities

  • Assist with data entry and maintenance of financial records, ensuring accuracy and integrity.
  • Support accounts payable and accounts receivable processes, including invoice verification and processing.
  • Help with the preparation of various financial reports, statements, and analyses.
  • Reconcile bank statements, credit card statements, and other financial documents regularly.
  • Provide administrative support to the finance department, including filing, archiving, and correspondence.
  • Process invoices, expense reports, and petty cash requests accurately and in a timely manner.
  • Assist in month-end and year-end closing procedures under the guidance of senior finance staff.
  • Maintain organized and up-to-date physical and digital filing systems for all financial documents.
  • Collaborate effectively with team members across departments to ensure financial accuracy and compliance.
  • Continuously learn and adhere to company financial policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.

Required Skills

  • Strong numerical aptitude and a keen interest in finance and accounting.
  • Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, Word, and Outlook.
  • Eagerness to learn new software, systems, and financial concepts.
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities to handle multiple tasks.
