Job Description

Key Responsibilities
- Perform daily financial transactions, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger entries.
- Conduct bank reconciliations and ensure all financial data is accurately recorded and reconciled.
- Assist in the preparation of financial statements, reports, and analysis for management review.
- Support the budgeting and forecasting processes, providing data and insights as required.
- Manage expense reports and ensure compliance with company policies.
- Monitor cash flow and assist with cash management activities.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant financial regulations and internal controls.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve financial discrepancies and improve processes.
- Contribute to the month-end and year-end close procedures.
- Undertake ad-hoc financial projects and analysis as requested by the finance leadership.
Required Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of progressive experience in a finance or accounting role.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero, SAP B1).
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, financial modeling).
- Strong understanding of accounting principles (GAAP/IFRS).
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote setting.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Part-qualification in a professional accounting designation (ACCA, CIMA, ACA).
