Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in monitoring daily transactions and operations to ensure strict adherence to financial regulations and internal policies.
  • Support the preparation, review, and timely submission of various regulatory reports and filings.
  • Maintain accurate, organized, and confidential compliance documentation and records.
  • Conduct initial reviews of client information, transactions, and communications for potential compliance risks.
  • Collaborate effectively with senior compliance officers on internal investigations, audits, and policy development.
  • Help develop, update, and implement compliance training materials and facilitate workshops for staff.
