Key Responsibilities
- Accurately sort, file, and retrieve financial documents, both physical and digital.
- Scan and categorize paper documents into our electronic document management system.
- Verify the completeness and accuracy of financial data entry.
- Assist with basic data reconciliation and discrepancy identification.
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive financial information at all times.
- Support the finance team with general administrative tasks as needed.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures regarding document handling.
- Prepare documents for archiving and assist in managing archive records.
- Communicate effectively with team members regarding document status and issues.
Required Skills
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong organizational and time management skills
