Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement comprehensive financial plans tailored to individual client needs and goals.
  • Conduct in-depth financial analyses, including cash flow, investment portfolios, insurance, and estate planning.
  • Proactively manage client relationships, ensuring regular reviews, updates, and adjustments to financial strategies.
  • Advise clients on various financial products and services, including investments, pensions, mortgages, and protection.
  • Stay abreast of market trends, economic changes, and regulatory developments impacting wealth management.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., investment research, client services) to deliver integrated solutions.
  • Generate new business through referrals, networking, and proactive client acquisition strategies.
  • Ensure full compliance with all regulatory requirements and company policies.
  • Educate clients on financial concepts and strategies, empowering them to make informed decisions.

Required Skills

  • Proven experience as a Financial Planner or Wealth Manager (minimum 4 years), ideally within a regulated environment.
  • Demonstrable expertise in investment planning, retirement planning, risk management, and estate planning.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust.
  • Excellent presentation skills, capable of explaining complex financial concepts clearly.
  • Proficiency in financial planning software and CRM systems.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Chartered Financial Planner (CFA or equivalent) designation.

  • Experience with high-net-worth (HNW) or ultra-high-net-worth (UHNW) clients.
  • A strong network of potential clients or referral sources.
  • Proficiency in additional languages (desirable but not essential).
