This includes carefully bagging and disposing of hazardous materials, setting up containment areas, and performing detailed cleaning of surfaces to remove all traces of smoke and soot. Key Responsibilities

  • Perform initial site assessment and debris removal from fire-damaged properties.
  • Safely and efficiently remove soot, smoke, and water-damaged materials.
  • Operate various cleaning equipment and tools, including vacuums, scrubbers, and air movers.
  • Assist in setting up containment barriers and negative air machines.
  • Clean and decontaminate surfaces using appropriate chemicals and techniques.
  • Load and unload equipment and materials from company vehicles.
  • Adhere strictly to all safety protocols and PPE requirements.
  • Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
  • Perform other duties as assigned to support restoration projects.

Required Skills

  • Strong physical stamina and ability to lift heavy objects (up to 50 lbs) regularly.
