You will work closely with experienced instructors, shadowing classes, assisting members on the gym floor, and gradually taking on more responsibility as your confidence and expertise grow. Key Responsibilities
- Successfully complete Hiring.zycto's internal fitness instructor training program.
- Learn and apply principles of exercise science, anatomy, and physiology.
- Shadow and assist experienced fitness instructors in leading group exercise classes and personal training sessions.
- Engage with gym members, offering assistance with equipment and basic exercise guidance.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe fitness environment for all members.
- Learn to develop and modify exercise programs tailored to individual client needs and fitness levels.
- Provide enthusiastic and motivational support to members during their workouts.
- Actively participate in ongoing professional development and continuing education.
- Uphold company standards for customer service, professionalism, and ethical conduct.
