Key Responsibilities

  • Assist senior Fleet Managers in day-to-day operational tasks, including scheduling, dispatching, and route planning.
  • Learn and apply best practices for vehicle maintenance, ensuring timely servicing and repairs to maximize uptime.
  • Monitor fleet performance metrics, including fuel efficiency, mileage, and driver behavior, to identify areas for improvement.
  • Support compliance with all relevant transportation regulations, safety standards, and company policies.
  • Participate in the procurement and disposal processes for fleet vehicles and equipment.
  • Assist in managing fleet-related documentation, records, and reporting.
  • Communicate effectively with drivers, technicians, and other internal departments.
  • Contribute to cost control initiatives and budget adherence for fleet operations.
  • Shadow and learn from experienced professionals across various departments to gain holistic understanding of the business.
