Key Responsibilities

  • Prioritise and ensure the safety and security of all passengers, crew, and aircraft throughout the flight.
  • Perform pre-flight safety checks, cabin inspections, and ensure all emergency equipment is operational.
  • Conduct safety briefings and demonstrations, clearly explaining emergency procedures and equipment usage to passengers.
  • Administer first aid and respond effectively to medical emergencies or other incidents during flight.
  • Provide exceptional in-flight customer service, including serving meals, beverages, and managing duty-free sales.
  • Assist passengers with boarding, seating, luggage storage, and special requests with a professional and friendly demeanor.
  • Handle passenger concerns, inquiries, and challenging situations with diplomacy and efficiency.
  • Maintain cabin cleanliness and ensure compliance with all airline policies and aviation regulations.
  • Collaborate effectively with the flight deck crew and other cabin crew members to ensure smooth and coordinated operations.
  • Complete all required paperwork and reports accurately and in a timely manner.
  • Act as a brand ambassador, consistently upholding the company’s image and service standards.

Required Skills

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English (verbal and written).
  • Proven ability to deliver outstanding customer service in a fast-paced environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to remain calm and decisive under pressure and in emergency situations.
  • Strong teamwork and collaboration skills.
  • High level of physical fitness and the ability to meet airline medical requirements.
  • Minimum age of 18 years old (or as per aviation authority requirements).
  • Valid passport with unrestricted travel rights.
  • Ability to swim a minimum distance (e.g., 25 meters) unassisted.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous experience in a customer-facing role within the airline, hospitality, or tourism industry.
  • Proficiency in additional languages is a significant advantage.
  • A valid Cabin Crew Attestation (CCA) or equivalent certification.
  • Experience in first aid or emergency response.
