Key Responsibilities
- Prioritise and ensure the safety and security of all passengers, crew, and aircraft throughout the flight.
- Perform pre-flight safety checks, cabin inspections, and ensure all emergency equipment is operational.
- Conduct safety briefings and demonstrations, clearly explaining emergency procedures and equipment usage to passengers.
- Administer first aid and respond effectively to medical emergencies or other incidents during flight.
- Provide exceptional in-flight customer service, including serving meals, beverages, and managing duty-free sales.
- Assist passengers with boarding, seating, luggage storage, and special requests with a professional and friendly demeanor.
- Handle passenger concerns, inquiries, and challenging situations with diplomacy and efficiency.
- Maintain cabin cleanliness and ensure compliance with all airline policies and aviation regulations.
- Collaborate effectively with the flight deck crew and other cabin crew members to ensure smooth and coordinated operations.
- Complete all required paperwork and reports accurately and in a timely manner.
- Act as a brand ambassador, consistently upholding the company’s image and service standards.
Required Skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English (verbal and written).

- Valid passport with unrestricted travel rights.
- Ability to swim a minimum distance (e.g., 25 meters) unassisted.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in a customer-facing role within the airline, hospitality, or tourism industry.

- A valid Cabin Crew Attestation (CCA) or equivalent certification.
